Quote PDF (A4)

Effortless quotes,
priced on the spot.

  • Your voice never leaves the phone. iOS transcribes it there.

  • It never invents a price. It flags the gaps.

  • Send a link, get an answer. No app, no account.

“Right — consumer unit needs doing, six double sockets in the kitchen, two of them behind the units. And she’s asking about an EV charger, but leave that one, I’ll price it after.”

No form. No line items. No order to say it in.

How Verbal works

  1. Speak it

Describe the job the way you would to the customer standing there.

Verbal's recording sheet on an iPhone, open and empty: an untitled quote, the prompt to tap the mic and describe the job in your own words, a mic button, a timer at 00:00 and a Generate button.
  2. Check it

It comes back as a scope, priced line by line from your rate card.

The quote that came back: a summary, a scope of work, line items priced from the rate card, three of them marked as needing a price, and a total that says it excludes those three.
  3. Send it

As a link your customer opens and answers, before you drive off.

A quote in Verbal, priced line by line, with two items marked as needing a price.

Share your quotes anywhere

A quote leaves the app as a web link, so it goes wherever a link goes: a text, an email, WhatsApp. Your customer opens it on any phone and accepts or declines. Nothing to install, no account to make, no attachment to open.

Features

Works where you work,
in the words you use.

Booked jobs on the calendar

The date carries the quote

Placeholder copy. Book straight off an accepted quote — the job keeps its price and its customer, no re-typing either.

What's booked, at a glance

Placeholder copy. An accepted quote becomes a job on the calendar, so what you see booked is exactly what the customer said yes to.

Your clients and their quote history

The list builds itself

Placeholder copy. A quote files itself under the name on it, so the history is there before you think to look for it.

Everything you quoted them

Placeholder copy. What you won, what is still waiting on an answer, and how often they say yes.

Privacy

Your voice never leaves your phone.

The recording is transcribed on the device by iOS. It is never uploaded, never stored, and gone the moment you stop talking. What leaves your phone is the text, because that is what the quote gets built from.

  • No analytics SDK, in the app or on this website.
  • No advertising identifier, and no cross-app tracking.
  • Your customers' details are never sent to the AI provider.
  • Delete your account in the app and it is gone immediately.

Questions

The ones people ask first

Is my voice recorded or uploaded?

No. The audio is transcribed on your phone by iOS, and the recording is never uploaded and never saved. What leaves the device is the text of what you said, because that is what the quote is built from.

What happens if it gets a price wrong?

You fix it before you send it. Every line is editable, and Verbal is built not to invent prices in the first place: anything you did not price out loud and that is not on your rate card comes back flagged rather than guessed. The quote is your document and your offer, so read it before it goes out.

Does it work without signal?

Reading, searching and editing your existing quotes works offline. Creating a new one needs a connection.

Do I have to type my prices in first?

No. Set up asks what you charge for the handful of jobs your trade does most, and seeds your rate card from that. You can leave it empty and fill it in as you go. Unpriced work just comes back flagged.

What does it cost?

Two quotes a day are free, permanently. Verbal Pro removes the daily limit and is $19 a month or $190 a year, which is two months cheaper than paying monthly. Quotes you have already made are always yours to read, edit and send, subscription or not.
